The staff here are so rude, the guy and the lady. I visited here 2ice and was treated really poorly. They dont want to use the correct amount of ingredients and when you speak up they start insulting you in indian language right infront of you. Called at the last minute to cater a business luncheon due to our food being canceled by a different location. Gentleman was very accommodating and able to get 60+ sandwiches made for our company. Bread was fresh and staff was pleased with their food. Thank you so very much! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Did it again!! We visited this Subway about 6 months apart. Amazingly, or more accurately, intentionally, this Subway charged us $1 more than the listed price for our sandwiches. They don’t give you a receipt unless you ask for it. Make sure you get a receipt and check it!! They are probably making a fortune stealing from their customers. I reported them to the Subway website! The owner wrote back and said to bring the receipt in and they’ll reimburse me for the money they cheated me out of!!! Are you kidding me!! If that’s all they’re offering for cheating a customer, it’s obvious they don’t have any respect for their customers. I’m contacting the media tomorrow morning!!! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This location cancelled my online order because i ordered online and entered promo code that said this location is was one of the participating location for the promotion. The rude worker called me and said the location is not doing promos and it wasn’t his problem Service: 1

Rude staff. Coupons promoted and not honored. Franchises have discretion to honor or not yet pay for the promoted items advertised. So the loss in business revenue per location that doesn't honor the advertised Coupons are shooting their selves in the foot. I love ❤️ me some subway but avoid this location. I wouldn’t recommend going here the people are incompetent, and rude. The guy gave me a sandwich with just lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cheese on it. And then when I noticed I called back asking why did they give me basically a salad on bread the guy claimed it wasn’t his problem and I was the one that ordered that. Then he hung up on me. I saw them have issues with other customers before but this was my first time experiencing it myself. The subway in Lansing is far better than this one. Good location, they were kinda under construction with signage and boxes. I'm sure it generally a great location. Moving onto important review stuff, the staff and customers in line were very friendly and up beat. Food prepared perfectly add ordered and enjoyed at a table with some chips and a drink with some co-workers. Will visit again if working in the area. I don’t understand how I go on the app to place an order and it offers me a coupon for buy one get one free or 50% off and I place the order but receive a call to say the order is cancel. They don’t accept coupons. The app clearly lists this location as participating. Then gets mad because I’m asking a question as to why are you even on the app. Now I have to wait for a refund. I don’t like how rude they are in this black community and I will not spend another dollar at this location.

Everyone is very rude in this place. They hate for you to use any coupon and that’s even if they accept it. Any special that’s going on they don’t participate in it. It’s not that clean. I don’t even know why people support this subway. I will continue to drive to a different location because this one is horrible and dirty. They fixed my online pickup order any kind of way.

I went to this Subway yesterday for the Wednesday turkey special. I want to keep the business in South Holland & prefer to go to this location because it has a larger parking lot. However, the person who made my sandwich was very rude, he just slapped my sandwich together, and when I asked for a side of peppers he said no before I could even ask the question..& I never have a problem with getting a side of peppers at ANY Subway. I had to continue to ask for more condiments on top as he barely put anything on my sandwich & it seemed like he had a problem even with that. As I was finished paying & preparing to leave the store, something was said under his breath which led me to believe it was something negative. There are not many sandwich shops in south Holland & like I said I would prefer to keep the business in the community, but this experience disappoints me to the point of me now deciding to go to the Lansing location instead. Luckily the sandwich turned out to taste decent (definitely not the best for a basic turkey sandwich).
