I come to this subway a lot we just sat in the parking lot waiting on our order 935 hits when the order is supposed to be done we waited because there were people inside ordering I understand that, but then at 945 he calls and says he can't do my order because he's too backed up. Just annoyed that we sat here since 920 waiting for our order to find out he's not gonna do our order. Hope I get my refund Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came in with a coupon that gave us two foot long sandwiches for 12.99. The system said the coupon was expired but the cashier was able to put it in the system and for two sandwiches and two drinks it cost us only 10.69.
