It's a pleasant experience to eat perfectly cooked chicken bacon ranch, ham sandwiches and chicken melt. Clients can have tasty biscuits at this restaurant. At Subway, you can order dishes as a takeaway. Most reviewers consider employees pleasant. If you visit this place, certainly, you are to enjoy the surrounding pretty atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

The last order I placed online they got wrong. I asked for double meat on 2 sandwiches, but didn't get it. It happens, and wasn't worth the drive back to get it fixed. I'll update this review if online order accuracy improves. Update/Response to the owner: I won't remove this review. The review is accurate and appropriate. You may employ young individuals from the community, but it's your job as an owner to train them and ensure they do their job well. Hold yourself accountable. I stated that I would update my review if my next online ordering experience was better. I haven't gone back in the last 4 months because your store consistently gets poor reviews, many of them for the exact same issue I had. I also have better options in town (see my 5 star review of Pioneer Market's Deli), so I don't feel the need to rush back to Subway just to improve your rating. If you want a better rating, fix the quality issues in your store rather than trying to guilt honest reviewers into giving you a higher score or deleting their review all together. Here are some helpful tips to improve your rating: 1) Respond to ratings more frequently than once a year. 2) Don't take reviews personally, rather look at them as opportunities for improve. 3) Customer Service 101: Be apologetic to customers when your store makes a mistake. People understand mistakes happen, offer to fix it, or free chips/cookie/drink for their trouble. After all, the customer did pay for your product and wasn't satisfied, make it right. All that said, I may still order again, and if the experience is better (or worse) I will update this review accordingly. Service: -1 star for owner's request to delete my honest review. They are very poorly organized, I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up it did not appear in the system but they did charge it and when the employee told his manager what his response was to not make us the sandwich 😡 when they had already been paid for and after Two hours the employee was able to solve the problem better than his manager who did nothing to solve the problem.
