The employee was kind and enjoyable which earned the 3rd star. It would appear they always have something broken or not available. The last order we tried with them was missing multiple items when we went to pick it up, no one would have noticed it I didn't say something about it. They were out of things and the pop machine was broken. The young man making the sandwiches was sullen and unfriendly. Horrible. So gross I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. The drink machine was dirty and not refilled. All surfaces, counters, tables bathroom were disgusting. It’s the worst subway I’ve ever been to.
