The actual workers here have always been pleasant in my experience, but when people are forced to wait for 30+ minutes because only one person is scheduled and trying to handle a lunch rush alone, that’s insane and not the worker’s fault. Called 4 hours before I needed a big order. Lady was very rude on the phone! I needed 8 plain turkey and 7 plain ham subs and a salad, and once I placed my order w DoorDash (she said she had no help) she cancelled my order through them. Now I have to wait for the refund to come back. To start this off I have been a long time costumer and I have never received such rude service. The food has been great every time until now. Let me explain, a worker rushed me through my sandwich mind you I’m the only one there. Second I asked for a handful of pickles. This is what she said! “I’m not going to do that it’s not my motto and I still need product for the other customers.” We live in a very small town and there isn’t a lot of business there, so with that worker they are going to lose even more business.
