I never had a problem with this subway until they mess up my order and expect me to come back and I get no reimbursement out of it.he wanted me to bring back the wrong sub then he checks the sub to see that it’s still wrong then he makes the sub after I’ve already called them 10 mins before I got back there , had to wait for everyone else’s sub to get made before mine got fixed, extremely uncalled for! This has been one of THE BEST Subway restaurants I’ve visited in Ohio so far. That is, after my beautiful little town’s one here in Oberlin. Everything was so nice and fresh! Clean and welcoming! SHOUT OUT to Ms. Adrianna and Ms. Jan (I’m sorry I didn’t get the other employee’s name, a very nice gentleman) for treating me with such kindness. So friendly and pleasing! Keep up the great work!
