The employees this location are simply the worst at any location in the franchise. Every time anyone comes in to order a sandwich, they act like the customer cursed them with the greatest inconvenience of their life. Employees should not make customers feel bad for ordering a lunch. This has been going on for over a year now, fire the employees and start from scratch! I’m not being mean, I am just stating facts… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered from the app a pick up for 7:30pm, when I got there the lights are on, doors locked no one’s inside, I call them several times, no answer. The hours are listed open until 10pm but if that’s the case why is the store locked up and empty at 7:30???? On top of that, was never issued a refund. WILL be driving way out of my way to go to other Subways, this location is TRASH Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was over all your typical subway. However, the woman serving us, while very friendly, was trash talking another employee that I guess didn’t show up again and just complaining about how customers treat them. One time is fine but she keep going on and on. As someone who’s worked many years in that field, it’s number one that you don’t talk about stuff like that to customers. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
