I had a great experience thanks to Jason at 8:13pm, Thursday, September 7, 2023. He really gave such a positive experience that was quite rare. He's very kind and likes making customers satisfied. He's a keeper. Give him a HUGE raise and free First class flight Cancun. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Employees are clearly miserable. They do not interact with customers more than what is required and barely speak up loud enough to hear. I’ve been in here a few times, and there are few people who are sweet and make your visit more enjoyable. Walking out of there today, I don’t think I’ll ever go back. It was a disgusting feeling between the customers and the employees. Upon paying, I’ve had to remind them to give me what I paid for. (For Example; a fountain drink cup.) Do better. The customer service is very bad. The worker was acting like he doesn’t want to work there. He was weird especially when he was stabbing the boards. It made me feel unsafe. The worker was also throwing plates and was weird. I recommend people to not come eat at this subway. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

6 out of 6 orders have been incorrect. When I asked them to fix the issues the kid laughed and said his mother was the manager and he didnt have to. Then proceeded back into his conversation with his coworkers. The most untrained and inexperienced workers on the planet. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I think we interrupted the employees lunch. The one was very short and rude. The one girl seems new and the other one was very rude and ignorant. She even dropped the f-bomb while talking to me about my reward points. I know good help is very hard to find right now. However, with help that they have, they will not need help soon! Just lost 3 customers!

“Welcome to the wonderful land of subway” The young tall SLIGHTLY muscular employee with long black hair harassed me for a tip. I declined as I only tip marginalized groups. He started cat-calling me when I was leaving and I found this especially odd considering I am a guy. Overall Food 5/5 Service 1/5 Cleanliness 2/5 (homeless man in bathroom)

They have teenagers who spend more time entertaining girls outside of the store front then paying attention to customer service. The kid didn't make my sub as ordered to busy looking at the girls outside of store. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Had very bad experience. Employee was untrained and they didn’t know how to talk with customer. I ordered 4 ft lng and I had to wait for 30 mins to get it done. Never visit again.

Very clean little store! Use to visit often when I worked next door at the Weis market but it was my first time back since moving. Everything was still great. The employees were very kind and didnt make any kind of fuss about me showing up close to their closing time which I was actually expecting. But nope they were very friendly and polite. They even answered all my questions about the different options, and kids meals, and everything else I asked them about. The sandwiches are always the best when I get them from here! Will Defenitly stop by again when I'm in the area!!

Wish I knew the young ladies name who served me the other day with the most professionalism I've ever seen at any fast food restaurant. She helped me so much and did her job to perfection. I thought to myself when I left, "that girl is going to go places in her life!". You have some great staff who really take care of serving their customers well and I appreciated that.
