Been eating here since they opened. The food is delicious and plentiful. This order, we had asked for our vermicelli bowls "as salads" as we often do, which means they skip the noodles and add extra lettuce and cucumber, but someone missed that and the food came the default way this round. Ordered $18 Vermicelli combo chicken shrimp 2 piece usually comes 4 Spring roll was partially smash and tasted old whether the oil or dirty hands touch it was bout 7pm so I know they were closing up the kitchen. They requested cash payment and no receipt in bag. I have been coming here for 2+ years. The Vietnam man in the kitchen says they all work hard 12 hour shifts and I was the only complaint.
