Sushi cafe is a favorite among my family. I definitely recommend the momokawa pearl sake, and I don't think we've ever eaten something that we didn't like! Some of our regular rolls we order are the ichiro, the hella hot, rainbow roll, spider roll, sunset roll, fancy pants (the list goes on)! Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The asparagus tempura in both rolls that I ordered it in was not cooked properly, so the batter was doughy and the rolls didn’t taste good as a result. The salmon and crab roll was ok, but they use a mixture of imitation and real crab, and the salmon didn’t taste as fresh as I would have expected. Had high hopes due to the reviews, which is why we stopped by, but the food simply wasn’t good. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We've eaten at the Sushi Cafe for many years, and sadly because we moved farther south don't get to enjoy it as often, but it is hands down the BEST sushi you can get in the PNW (IMO). Their raw fish is fresh and is like butter. I never wanted to try sushi and once I tried theirs no one else has compared. I wish they would expand to other locations because the rolls they make are delicious. The sunomano is one of my favorite appetizers and they cut the cucumber really thin and the dish is delicious. My favorite roll is the Scandalous, but you can't go wrong with any of them. My family also never ate sushi prior to coming here and now they all love Sushi Cafe. The restaurant is small, and depending on how busy they are service can be slightly slow, but they're good at bringing you out the food you ordered in a timely manner. Excellent sushi. When it comes to eating raw fish, I'm not one to skimp on the quality or price, and Sushi Cafe does not let me down. We especially enjoy the wide variety of rolls that they make.
