Unfortunately my first time here will likely be my last.
I had their firecracker sushi roll which at the time seemed great, but immediately the next morning I started experiencing effects of food poisoning with vomiting and frequent unpleasant bathroom trips that lasted three days.
I don’t like giving bad reviews to places and the service was great, but Im going to be avoiding eating out for a while after the rough nights I just went through.

The sushi and rolls were very delicious. The rice wasn't too hard or cold, and the fish and fish roe were fresh. My friend who doesn't eat fish ordered a chicken roll instead, and was very satisfied. There wasn't too much sauce and the amount of chicken was generous. The combination of warm sake and sushi on a rainy day was the best, and the quiet restaurant atmosphere and staff service were also very good. There was a wide variety of sushi, rolls, sake and beverages. If you're in the mood for sushi, this is a place worth visiting at least once in Lansing.

Passion Roll
Stopped in to see if I could get a quick sushi bite between appointments around 1 pm on a Wednesday.
I mentioned knowing what I wanted due to the special that was advertised in the entryway and potential time crunch.
My lovely server brought the spicy tuna roll out promptly and then brought my bill before I needed to ask.
Sushi was incredibly fresh and delicious and the place is clean and well-appointed… and all under $8.

Spicy Tuna Roll
We’ve been coming here for years, and this place is outstanding! The ambience is out of this world. I would highly recommend stopping in for dinner for a couple rolls. My favorite was the king California roll, and the kamikaze.

My daughter decided that she wanted to enjoy Sushi Moto for her birthday dinner. We were a party of nine, including 2 children. We all had an amazing time. The food is always awesome, and this time was perfect. Our server was extremely friendly and wonderful with the children. If you enjoy sushi, then you need to visit. Even if you are not sure about sushi, they offer other options that are delicious. Thanks for a wonderful evening
