My husband ordered Raman and the first time he was there it was way to spicy.. so he asked the server if they could not make it spicy and told her about the first time he ordered it. She assured him they could. When it came it was spicier then the first time. My husband never complained so I was shocked when she came back and asked how our meal was he told her it was too spicy. Told her he would just eat it and he tried but could not do it. So he mentioned to her again in a very polite way. She said she would take it off the ticket. When the check came it was still on the ticket. He told me next time he would order something else. It as like no one cared. We are retired and worked hard to be able to retire. When we left he said he would never come back. it was not the ticket, it was no one cared. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Thus far the best sushi in the Tri-Cities walla Walla area!! All of the chefs are nice, accommodating and very welcoming. The servers will explain everything to a T and always have your refills topped up. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time at Sushi Ya. Fell in Love. If you haven't been, go. Family owned. Great Atmosphere. Amazing food, no matter what your dietary needs are. Looking for great Vegan options in town? Delicious every time. We had edamame, well salted which I love, lobster mite roll, crunchy cali roll, and tsunami roll. Our server was good natured and attentive and the sushi was just spot on! Quite an extensive menu. My hubby had the chicken yakiudon, it was flavored nicely with sesame & a warm seasoning mixture that was slightly sweet. The noodles were big & round, perfectly done. The chicken is well done. Loved this dish. My daughter ordered beef teriyaki dinner bento, with a whole california roll. Came with soup. Soup tasted very good. The salad dressing was a ginger, carrot, onion? Tempura was in a thin ,crispy batter with a salty dipping sauce. I ordered the Paradise roll, had shrimp tempura inside, avocado, cucumber, cream cheese with salmon & tuna on top. Presentation is lovely. I got a side of spicy mayo & eel/ unagi sauce. Cute little place in a strip mall next to Planet Fitness.in Kennewick. The tables have a natural edge & a shiny lacquer with gold glitter in it. Very quaint & the employees made you feel welcome. I still have my favorite sushi place though.

Great sushi place! They have some of the best, most creative rolls in the Tri-cities in my opinion and the price is exactly what you would expect to pay for sushi. I got the Columbia and Spider Roll and loved them both!

Great Sushi and an extremely friendly staff. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed with a smile. Sushi tasted super fresh, I hate ordering sushi and it being super fishy tasting. The garlic albacore was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back so I can try some other menu items.
