My wife likes the green tea with a flavor and strawberry pops. Friendly staff and usually fast service. I get the black tea with creamer and sweetened, once in a while. every time i come here, the staff are an absolute delight and the beverages always come out delicious. they're happy to give suggestions, as well. highly recommend the tapioca pearls as they're the best tapioca i've had !! Service is good, atmosphere is great, but the tea taste like hot boiled powder. I had the taro tea. Their was 0 sweetness to it, and the tea was served hot with melted ice. Not authentic. You could buy a boba pack on Amazon and get better results or you could go to the neighbor Cha Lai Tea. Their boba drinks are authentic and 100 times better.
