Showers aren't 24hrs. Hundreds of TA's and I stop at the only where they showers are closed. This ta is good for parking and fuel. That's about it. More of a convenience store.

This is my first and now last time to use this store/so called truck stop. I told the 2 young girls working and the tall skinny young man about the cold coffee and they were to busy horsing around in the store with each other, they gave the impression of character that they couldn't careless and I mentioned that they were out of napkins and I got the same reactions from the 3 employees. As for the store, you need an operational hot water only spicket. The one that you have that's to high for a smaller adult to reach doesn't work, just like at every Casey's store I have been to. I'm a truck driver and Minor things as these are a blessing when they actually operate and employee properly. My overall recommendation for Bert's express is to actually function as a truck stop and monitor your employees and have an ethics sop.

It seems uncertain, ironically a truck stop, that the owners have no truckers, and it closes at 10 pm ♀️ 🤦🏻, when at that time is when more trucks are on the road, it does not have showers, ect. Last night three trucks loaded with bees 🐝, for the drivers to sleep for a while after adding $2000 of diesel, they used water to calm the bees 🐝, and in the morning someone from the place arrived and charged them $300 dollars for supposedly using water with taxes of $324 what inconsideration 😔😔😔

The place is clean, but a&w closes at 8 pm and the store closes at 10 pm. As far as I can see this is another failed attempt at a truck stop. Being that a trucking company owns this I figured it would have a restaurant, but I thought wrong just the same old junk food just a new building.

Nice new truckstop. VERY clean restrooms. Plenty of snacks and drinks. A&W restaurant in it. A few truck supplies such as antennas and logbooks. Plenty of truck parking with easy entrance and exit.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Even though it was extremely busy we got right in-line and ordered and our food was brought to us in no time at all. The food was amazing and loved the root beer floats. What I loved the most was the staff were all so extremely nice and so friendly. This is definitely our to go to place.
