Waited in the drive-thru for an hour just for a pickup, so I decided to start just getting the pickup at counter. Wasn't any better and is honestly the reason I'd never recommend going here. The workers literally ignore anyone that comes inside. I will stand there as close to the counter as possible and there will be 3 of them that perfectly position themselves where they "don't see you". I had to demand they give me my pickup order after standing there for 5 minutes (no exaggeration). One worker doesn't even speak English. Just to make it clear this wasn't just one single time this has happened. I've gone there 4 times now and it's the same 5 minute wait on the inside and 30 minutes to an hour wait in the drive thru.
