Was there on 2/18/24 Ordered a chicken quesadilla and fiesta potatoes. Chicken was disgusting and plopped in the middle. Wasn't even cut properly. Potatoes were cold and just very slopped together with the cheese and sour cream. Restrooms were very dirty and in need of attention. I guess you get what you pay for with fast food. Won't be back! Never had this issue before at this location but I have to say that this time my experience was unfavorable. I can't talk about the food because I didn't get that far. Drive-thru was a little long for my patience level so I went inside to order to go. There was one couple ahead of me and I thought to myself that I had made the correct decision. I stood inside the store for 10 minutes or more and not on employee acknowledged the couple in front of me much less myself. I am not sure if they were concentrating on the drive-thru or what but I got upset and left hungry and frustrated. If I find out that is their M.O. I'll never be back. Down 90 at Chili's I was seated and wasn't getting paid attention too and when I asked about it they said they take care of the take-out orders first. I think that is very bad strategy and I left and have never been back and I won't go back because of that.

This location is great but when you order 4 different burritos and you’re not the only one going to eat them, it would be nice if this store would mark which item is which so you don’t have to open and touch other people’s food just to find out which is which.. Never had a problem with my food till today missing items and the food was just nasty and the lady at the window had an attitude when she handed me my food felt like she was throwing it at me.
