I'm not sure if whoever was working tonight will see this at the Taco Bell in Brewer but i just had to come on and stay thank you for going above and beyond to fix our door dash order. It was greatly appreciated!!!!!! You guys made a mistake, took ownership and got us the rest of our order. Seriously, thank you so much! Wow, upon receiving my order with half of my items missing via I had to check my bag and bring it to their attention they had missed some items. I heard some bickering and complaints in the background as they were asked by the guy in the window for the items missed, the chips and cheese I ordered literally had maybe 7 chips tops THROWN into the bag with the rest of the food. This is just unacceptable on so many levels and I will NEVER be returning to this location again. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This KFC/Taco Bell in Brewer, Maine has always been a very clean and neat fast food joint. Customer service is always 👌! Food is always decent. Yesterday's experience was great as always!!! waited over 40 minutes today for our to-go order. probably 40 cars thru drivethru and we were still waiting. got here at 1:20 its now 2pm and We still just got our food and now half hour late to work. the free drink they offered isnt worth 1/2 hr of my lost wages :( and they sent the power menu bowls out with no forks to eat them. :( :(

The worse Kentucky fried chicken I've ever had. The Chicken was hard on the outside, it was also Luke warm. It had no taste to it. I've eaten Kentucky fried chicken since the 1970's I've always loved it. Bypass this place and go to the next one.The bathroom was also filthy, it was disgusting. My biscuit was undercooked and gooey. My husbands tacos were not supreme (which he ordered and paid for) and they were on old four tortillas that were falling apart. Speaking of the tacos it was like they were just thrown together with no real care and the wrap just folded closed. The tacos were all open in the bag and everything was just a mess. I'm normally a little weary of the combo restaurant but this place was great. Crunchwrap and bean burrito were on point. Also had a very friendly cashier. I will be back.
