Cold food. Small portions. Employees don’t wear gloves and uniforms, so cleanliness is zero at the store. They don’t know how to wrap burritos. The most annoying thing is the iced coffee I got didn’t have ice!! Don’t go at night. Our drinks were warm with no ice, the hard tacos were soggy and broke the second we unwrapped them, there were tomatoes when we had asked for no tomatoes at all because of an allergy. Workers are rude and do everything on their own time the way they want to. Everytime i come here hoping it gets better but it’s always getting worse. The workers rush your order, can’t follow basic directions and every time it’s like they kick the bag and stomp on the hard shell tacos. Wish I could give minus reviews!! Place needed cleaning dirty tables chairs and whole lobby area all condiments napkins lids and straws needed stocking. Staff pretty much ignored people walking in took 10 minutes to get order taken 15 to get our food it was a wrong order and poorly wrapped and the insides of our food was all over the inside of the bag. Asked for it to be redone.....waited 10 minutes never got remade. Asked for my money back....only reason we were there is my boyfriend hates the hospital food at the cancer center. There was no smiles no laughing no real interaction amongst the staff....manager just didn't seem to care and locked the door at 630 when the door says 8......something needs to be done to pick up crew spirit and to get the place up and running correctly Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
