I'd give 0 stars if I could, every time I go any mods I ask for on my food, one's that are not complicated at all and are offered on the map mind you, are instantly denied with the only reason being said is I can't do that. It used to be fine when I ordering there since their remodel but whoever the new hires they put in are have proven to be extremely lazy. Food is always such a mess in the bag, and the order is wrong way more often than not. Whoever the new people are need fired. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When you go into the restaurant to eat, you order $35 worth of food and you get it, but you're missing items, you should never have to stop your children from eating, take all of the food up to the counter and open everything to prove that you didn't get all of your food. Never. And you definitely shouldn't get attitude from the child manager after you've proven that you didn't get your food and had to do all of this. That's absolutely ridiculous. Just moved down here and Taco Bell was our go to fast food before. Find better managers who don't think they're right always and even when proven wrong, still don't have the customer service to apologize and just correct. I have been to many of Taco Bells across the U.S. as i travel for work but i have to say our Desloge Taco Bell...is the worst there is!!!!! Its pretty bad people there can not even make a simple taco! Pay 30.00 for a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and 2 sodas....hardly any cheese or beef! I mean come on it takes 5 more seconds to actually fill a taco! Honestly its stealing from the customers! We pay for a product and thats what they produce!? It is very aggravating when you have to tell them when you order that if it doesnt have a fair amount of filling that are going to have to have them remake it! Everytime i go there its the samething! People that work there want more money for what??? Its a joke! Honestly only reason i stopped there was because McDonalds was already closed and figured id give another chance! Its been probably 2 years since the last time i ate there and thought would be different....nope same results!!! Avoid this Taco bell at all cost if you travel through here! Sad part is i really like Taco Bell but man this one sucks!!!! Food: 1 Service: 2

The prices are ridiculous Taco Bell. I had a good experience at this restaurant in Desloge, MO. Fast, friendly service. Our order was correct (which is unusual post pandemic at most places). Thanks for an enjoyable family dinner Desloge Taco Bell! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

10 minutes for anyone to notice us at the counter. We waiting in a very dirty, freezing dining room for 15 minutes after ordering, only to find out that they had not made our order. We’ve had some less than ideal experiences with this location. But not tonight! I ordered using the app, pulled thru the drive up and waited just a few minutes. Almost every item we ordered was customized and they were all made perfectly and nothing was missing! Very tasty too! Kudos! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

At this time I visited a Taco Bell located at St.Louis Mo., according to one of the crew members they were on the shifting shift and that was the reason they took more than 30 minutes to fulfill my order, I was starving and almost left the store but I was paid already for my food.😌 Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

we went during the night shift and they forgot half of our order for one and two out tacos were so soggy and literally brown and falling apart, they were hard shell. i’m sure they were old and the mexican pizza was so soggy. and then we pull up to the window and one of the employees said they were “cussing us out because we ordered so much.” Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

There is not one time i ordered through here where we got a perfect order. Always messing up on something, usually the no onion on a bean burrito or no lettuce. Also portions are smaller than any other tacobell we've been too. This ones closer to home so hopefully this changes.. this is suppose to be a "Supreme taco".
