Today we had the worst experience. I called to ask if they served breakfast in spanish the girl answered with excuse me? So I asked in English if they had breakfast & she replied yes with attitude. So my family of 8 was visiting from outside the area. We arrive & started to order our food items the cashier wich I am sure was the same on the phone had the worst attitude. My 1st time with bad experience 😔. As she took the order she double charged for our drinks. There was an Horchata that was also ordered & she started to argue I did not charge you I did not hear you ordered I said yes we did check the order & the receipt & sure enough there it was she didn't even apologize at all she continue with the attitude & said I have to take the next order I will get the rest of your missing drinks when I can. Blew me away. Also the Menudo was so salty & If I am not mistaken is from the can. I highly recommend this place because I always have good service & the food is good. Our oder was likec$160.00. Idk if I will be back. A customer complained about the menudo being very bad salty. We should be refunded the $16.00 for the disgusting menudo & service. Or at least an apology. That cashier needs to go take her attitude somewhere else. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
