Husband and wife owned. Kindest people there is. Authentic Mexican food. Large portions. Food is mouth watering good! I don't like refried beans at all, but holy cow, their refried beans are delicious! Never had the refried beans that were actually seasoned!!! So good. Highly recommend. Who would’ve thought i wouldve found the best quesabirria of my life in KANSAS Hubby got chicken enchiladas sons frie d got torta and it was silent other than chewing and “oh my gawds” this food is amazing! The best thing to happen this summer... You coming back to Mac! This is the best authentic Mexican food in McPherson county. It's made to order, so expect to wait about 7-10 minutes. However, made to order is also why it's the best. I would also recommend physically coming to the truck to order your food rather than placing an order over the phone. They are not equipped with the staff to handle phone orders and in person orders. So, out of respect for the owners, please order your food face to face.Speaking from experience. (phone orders may get pushed to the back if there is a crowd) The owners and their family members are so kind. We must protect them at all costs! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Their tacos are the best! And their burritos are giant and delicious! Fabian & anna are awesome! They are great people who make amazing food and service with a smile. If you’re in town and looking for authentic, GOOD Mexican food, stop by and give them a visit. You can also call in you’re order before you go. The pluses are it's convenient, delicious, and affordable. The cons are that they are not always there in that spot, but recently, they have been sticking more to a schedule, it seems. A d sometimes you have to wait a little, but it's a small truck, so you just have to realize they are going as fast as they can. They usually have some people waiting there. But it's worth it! I always get the carne asada burrito. But the tacos are super delicious! Can recommend those as well. My photo is HALF of a burrito. I always forget to take pictures lol. Great tacos! There is usually a long wait 20 or more minutes for your food. The sides change randomly which is annoying. Some days there are radishes, others fresh onion, and others grilled onion. I wish it was more consistent.
