Nice place with good food at reasonable prices. Big portions served. We had the pork belly which would have been sublime if it wasn’t so salty. I think there was too much soy sauce that had been reduced even more, sadly we couldn’t eat it. The steak was very good but the chef likes to garnish the plate with salt so the potatoes were over seasoned and couldn’t be eaten. The risotto was excellent and the portion was huge. The octopus is also very good. We liked the central table which is perfect for solo diners and it was nice to chat to others on the table. Nice service. It wasn’t perfect but generally a good place dine. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Taproom with my boyfriend for an early birthday dinner. As soon as we were seated we were talked through the menus and within 5 minutes a very friendly and polite server arrived to take our drink orders. We then waited just under 10 minutes for our drinks which I understood for my cocktail but not for my boyfriend’s whiskey. From the point of sitting down until I flagged down a server to take our food orders was around 25 minutes which personally was a little long but may make sense for a larger party who may be sat chatting for longer but I was a little hungry. The mussels starter was delicious. A generous portion of mussels in a gorgeous and light cream sauce. After we finished our starters we waited a short while before a server came and informed us that they were out of one of our mains. This was around 45 minutes after we had ordered the mains which I wasn’t entirely impressed with as I was hoping my food would be arriving soon, not yet to be made but it was busy so I can sort of understand. The mushroom tagliatelle was a little bit dry but had a strong truffle flavour which is exactly what I was hoping for. They couldn't find my initial reservation even though I had called a few days in advance. The Aperol tasted very diluted but the food was very, very good. A bit more on the expensive side, but I would go back. I'd recommend getting a table inside, though, as outside is probably so hectic, you won't have the same experience. Seriously flavoursome food. If you don’t specify, you’re seated on the massive refectory table but that’s a great spot to see what’s coming out of the kitchen. Pork belly starter was amazing. Simply loved the pork belly starter you definitely should go for it. Also the tomato with olive “salsa” they serve as courtesy was amazing! For the main courses we ordered the tagliatelle porcini with truffles (was ok) and the chicken with almonds and pure (better!). Portions are very generous and service was friendly. Visited twice during our holiday. I had a perfectly done ribeye steak with crispy french fries and crunchy vegetables. My wife had lobster tagliatelle which was delicious. The second time we choosed the pork belly and the sea bream which were excellent. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. Advisable to book, because tables are filling up very fast. Service was on the slow side as there were quite a few diners ahead that meant the wait I suppose. That certainly meant everything was freshly prepared. €36 for two courses glass of Pinot Grigio and a small bottle of water. They don’t serve bread for the mussels I would buy a ftira from a bakery the sauce was too good to miss! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We rarely give 5 stars. The service here was very good and food was outstanding. The pork belly was the best dish we had. The octopus was also great, as were the mussels. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cozy modern restaurant with tasty food and a lively atmosphere. The service is very good and the waiters are friendly and smiling. The design of the restaurant is nice and you can see their cool kitchen from the common table. They also have regular tables and a terrace. We had the carnaroli risotto with artichokes and burrata and the pappardelle in gorgonzola and they tasted amazing! Lovely modern and clean setting with attentive staff. 2 mains and 2 beers were 58 euro. The octopus was cooked nicely and the pork belly a generous portion and both beautifully presented.
