My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way home to Spokane and split a burrito pastor. Wow—very authentic and delicious. But what we really liked as well was the home-brewed hibiscus drink—so flavorful and not too sweet. Our server explained it was made from carefully boiled hibiscus petals, water and just a little sugar. Very refreshing and healthy! I went in to order for dine in but it was super busy (which is understandable) and when I got there both girls welcomed me in and I asked if it was possible to change my dine in to a to go order because all the tables were full and the girl was super nice and although it was busy she made sure that I was happy with my service and was able to take my food to go with out an issue or attitude and the food was so so so good it is very authentic and flavorful. This is a fantastic local spot. I went here with my Mom on her recommendation and was very happy. We split ordered some food for her and I to eat and some for her to take home for her boyfriend, and the gentleman behind the counter had them hold off making the to-go portion until we were ready. The beef in the quesabirra tacos was seasoned perfectly and so tender! I love the self-serve chips and salsa bar as well. I wish I had gotten the name of the employee at the counter yesterday to give him a huge shout-out.
