Went in around noon for a Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The young lady working there was very helpful and polite (can't remember if she was the manager or assistant manager). Small space with very little seating. It was intermittently busy after 8p. Many ordered take out. This location, I believe, is mostly a takeout location so many hung around outside by the storefront or parking lot. It's a nice feature that you can choose level of sweetness for your order. Not all tea places do that. Orders were prepared quickly. Also nice that this location is open until 11p. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
