Ordered lean brisket. As you can see in the Pic, it was not lean. Not even close. Brisket had a good flavor but not very smoky. Dino rib was mostly bone and fat. Very little meat for the high cost. Jalapeno sausage was weird. It had these blobs in it. Not sure what they were. Don't think they were fat. Didn't taste like cheese. Filler, I guess. Easily the best BBQ in town. I got a brisket plate with macaroni and cheese and green beans. Total price was less than 20 dollars and they didn't skimp on portion sizes. We have loved the food from Tejano Cookers BBQ & Catering Co. so much over the years that we had to have them as a late-night taco truck for our wedding. We cannot be happier with that decision! The Tejano Team was fantastic to work with and even were able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions for our guests. Brisket was moist and tender and we enjoyed all the sides. My daughter swears by the Frito pie.
