Walk up to Teras cafe and you will feel the difference in altitude , you will also be rewarded with one of the best panorama views of Izmir. You might now want to enjoy a tea or a soda (I have no experience with the food offered), relax and think about your favorite route down

A cafe owned by municipality of Bayraklı. With a huge garden and beautiful sightseeing of İzmir. Located at the hilltop of Bayraklı near the coast guard radar station. Also has outdoor playground for toddlers.
