What?!? No more waffle fries? It seems they have changed a part of their menu that helped make them great! My family had moved far away from any Texadelphia, so we were pretty excited to get back into a big city that actually had one. So many locations have closed which makes them hard to find. When we got there, our server was amazing but unfortunately they had decided to suspend using waffle fries and substituted crinkle fries with queso. What?!? IMO...HUGE mistake! All the customers we spoke with complained about it. The crinkle fries were thick and bland. Horrible! If they don't bring back the waffle fries, which is why we went there, then my family and I will likely not return. So sad to see Texadelphia "evolve" themselves out of a signature flavor and long standing customers. Smh

Haven’t visited this location in a while but the food quality has really gone down hill.
They no longer sell their fantastic fries, they now have very poor quality onion rings that taste like rubber.
The cheesesteak sandwich was very poorly prepared and was inedible and cold to the touch.
I only ate one bite and decided to finish the chips and queso which were delicious.
The waitress was extremely attentive and pleasant to deal with.
Overall, I won’t return and don’t recommend eating at this establishment.
Too many other good choices in the area to waste your time on such average food.
The manager made no attempt to offer any type of substitution or justification for the awful meal so we paid the tab and decided never to eat here again!

Texadelphia is a great chain restaurant option for some classic and creative cheesesteaks. This is your melted cheese version, not the cheese wiz kind. The meat was tasty, cheesy and tender. I felt the bread could be toasted a little bit more but the bread itself was good. I had no complaints at all. It was not the best I have ever had, but I don’t think that is what you come here for. Come here for a great meal at a great price. Also kids eat free some days! Thursday’s I believe.

Came in yesterday as my wife has always loved their cheesesteaks. Boy has this place gone downhill fast. Our waitress was awful. We had multiple orders sent back for being incorrect because she didn't listen, and we had to have other servers track her down several times. Then she'd show up 10 minutes later. The food was room temperature as well for all of us. None of us really enjoyed our food. We could've just stayed home and microwaved pizzas for what we got here. I did like the games on all the TVs, but the rest of the experience was extremely subpar. There are hundreds of places where my money would be better spent and my family would actually enjoy their lunch. Won't be back again.

I use to love this place but we went yesterday and I was disappointed. I will start by saying the chips and queso were really good!! Beyond that not so great. The fried chicken wrap was sitting in a puddle of grease, my Philly had no onions, they said the onions were on it, (unless they are so finely chopped that you can’t see them) 🤷🏼♀️ and I had to send my sons kid’s burger back because it was super red inside, thank goodness I cut it in half first.
After 1 of my fantasy football league members suggested we go 2 Texadelphia 2 watch the NFL Draft. I told him that would be great but all Texadelphia locations closed permanently years ago. He then sent me a link 2 the Memorial location, showing me it was still opened. I haven't had a Texadelphia steak sandwich in years.
Now 4 what u've been waiting 4 " The Review. " OK. Here we go.
I ordered a lg ( 10 in ) orign cheese steak w/ onion rings ( $ 1.50 extra ) served w/ a side of their homemade ranch. It was well worth it. When my sandwich finally came, I was a little disappointed the sandwich. It was served 2 me room temp @ best while the onion rings were hot. I should have sent it back, but I was hungry. So I proceeded 2 eat it. The bread was warm & soft. The steak itself could have used a little more seasoning.
The onion rings were very good & tasty 😋 especially w/ their homemade ranch. I'm not a ranch ( dressing ) fan, but I was last night. I dipped my onion rings into their homemade ranch dressing not knowing @ 1st what it was until I went back & looked @ the menu. You ask me would I come here again ? YES !!!!
PS : If I get another room temp sandwich, I will send it back

Onion Rings
Thank you to my server Amy for a pleasant first time experience at Texadelphia memorial. I ordered the Queso waffle fríes as an appetizer and let me tell you it's delicious. The Founders favorite is delicious. The roll is very soft and the mustard blend sauce is amazing compliment to the Philly Cheesesteak. I look forward to my next visit 😊

Not sure why but a few of their other locations have closed. Well worth driving out to this location in the Memorial area... Bunker Hill/Blalock @I-10. The food was as I remember it (from the closed Montrose & Katy locations), consistent and pretty good. The amount of beef was generous albeit a little on the salty side and the onion rings were as good as I've had in a while. The service was quick and Marcel did a great, attentive job. I wouldn't mind stopping in again if I was in the area.

This is a great addition to the area and so happy to have a Texadelphia to unwind at after a shopping trip. The patio is perfect for the kids to run and play, the food was delicious as usual and the HH drinks were perfect! The server was good and the facilities were clean and everything was very spacious and spaced out- we also got a free queso by downloading the app! Win win!
