Even though I was by myself they made me feel like I had someone with me. More plainly they didn't ignore me in favor of bigger tables with bigger tips. My waitress was very sweet and had a wonderful smile. Also the food was delicious as well. Very enjoyable time all around. This place is packed every single day so they know how to get people in and fed fast and friendly! It's a well oiled machine and our waitress was awesome! The hostesses were on top of greeting and getting people sat quickly! Best cooked steak around and great quality! The prices are unbeatable, I will always recommend the location! The service was very slow. Took over 45 minutes to get seated (we were quoted 20-25 when we arrived). After being seated and our order taken, it took a very long time to get our food, and then they forgot several items and had to ask 3 times to get everything we ordered. The food itself was great. I stopped in with my kids for an early dinner. My kids enjoyed the 2 cheeseburger sliders and chicken strips. Holy cow, I had the prime rib w raw horse radish and an old fashioned. It was INCREDIBLE. Staff was very friendly and took great care of us and the managers were very helpful in check in on us. Def recommend it! Great food and great service. Our waitress, Cameron, was very attentive. Our drinks were quickly refilled and dirty and empty plates were taken away quickly. Visited this place earlier today and it was overall an okay experience. The atmosphere was good and you could tell it’s a popular spot around town. The waiters did try their best but some of our words didn’t quite come as expected, hence the lower ratings.
