Fantastic experience and I will be back soon! Nichole tended to our table and provided exceptional hospitality. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided exceptional service. We had an opportunity to interact with Emily, one of the managers, and she was lovely and went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience. The food was delicious and left us very happy with our meal. I would highly recommend the Walpole location to a friend/family and look forward to coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I went here to enjoy a gift card we got for the holidays. We ordered the appetizer combo of the Boneless Buffalo tenders, potato skins, and mozzarella twists. Our server (Jackie) was incredibly friendly and constantly getting our drink refills before we even had a chance to ask for them. Everything tasted SO fresh, and didn't have the consistency of something that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Honestly one of the greatest experiences we have had eating at a restaurant in a long while. Our ONLY issue was that the audio setup seemed to have some sort of Bluetooth connection issue; but good conversation made that issue negligible. I went for lunch. The restaurant was clean. The staff were very accommodating when we asked for a booth instead of a table. The waitress was very good and came to check on us a number of times. Staff was friendly. We got seated just before a rush so we lucked out. I did use the “join waitlist” option just in case. Pretty seamless. I did however notice that the wait staff has changed a bit. Not many young folks. Not to say the older generation can’t be servers. Just a noticeable age difference in years gone by. For a chain restaurant I have no idea how they serve salad so fresh. It’s always fresh. Like they picked it out back. They really should add creamy peppercorn for dressings. I had prime rib. Delicious. The difference between a 14 and 16oz was very minimal if anything. Except for cost 😀. The fish and chips were ok. A bit heavy on the batter. Kids burgers were a tad over cooked but they both ate them. The portions here are HUGE. However much you think you need, order half. The waitress we had was incredible and went over the top to provide us amazing service. It was quick to get seated on a Wednesday night and the food came really fast. The birthday tradition is also so hilarious and really sets a lively atmosphere. When we left, they gave us 4 bags of peanuts and 3 bags of bread rolls. Will be coming again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

What an amazing place to have a birthday dinner!! We took our mom (my MIL) out for her 76th birthday the other day. I have never been so didn't know what to expect. Well...our waitress felt and treated us like family, she spoiled us with extras that we needed and she was so funny and helpful! My mother in law ended up sitting on a make shift bull saddle and having the whole restaurant sing Happy Birthday to her! Our food was awesome and everything was cooked to perfection! I LOVE this place!! Planning to go back soon!!! Thanks to everyone there that night especially our server who I can't remember her name. Hopefully they see this!
