Service is great... Food was good... Place (music) a little too loud to keep a conversation. I am one of the weird customers that likes their steak well done. Who does that right? Me. Sorry to say I like no blood on my steak. I had to put mine back on the grill. They made it right the second time around. They care about their customers. I waited 25 minutes to get in at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Plenty of parking.

Attempted to dine in for Lunch at the El Cajon location on a Wednesday... Only to discover they aren't open til 3PM on the weekdays. Sad face!
Attempted Friday at the National City location and already a line before 3pm, however I'm in no rush anywhere so I waited.
USEFUL tip: if you want to eat at the bar, just walk in and save yourself from waiting in line.
Greeted from a friendly Bartender, multi tasking between serving bar and making drinks, so show some love and tip them extra for the extra hustle. The atmosphere is all country music.
Ordered an Maker's Old fashion, comes with basic ice, they don't have the big solid cubes I guess.
The Bread with the butter, is tasty! Slightly on the sweet side!
Ordered the Sirloin steak 6oz with mashed potatoes and Mac and Cheese along with tater skins. The tater skins were tasty and cheesy along with the generous Bacon on top. The rest of my order was meh.
Overall it was an ok new experience but not worth waiting in line for.

Disappointed. I’ve been to other Texas Roadhouse locations and drove by this location so decided to stop in. There was a large amount of people outside to our surprise on a weekday. We asked the hostess how long for 2 people and she told us 1hr 45min. I asked is it always like this and she said yes they’ve only been open a little over a month. She also let us know that there was open seating up to the bar if we had our IDs so we went that route.
There was plenty of open seating at the bar and we were pleasantly great by one of the bartenders who offered drinks and appetizers to start. That’s about the best part of the visit. Another bartender came shortly after that and asked if we were ready to order. We had a few questions and she wasn’t very sure about many of them so I chalked it up them recently opening and people being new, not a big deal. We were given share plates and bread was brought out but the plates were greasy and dirty. We also weren’t given cutlery or napkins so although our app and bread came out fairly quickly we couldn’t eat it. The highlight of the meal was the app sampler which is sad. The Caesar salads came out no to long after but tasted off. The dressing tasted like straight mayonnaise. When the steaks came out they were cooked to temp but mine was way over salted. When I told a bartender about it she seemed annoyed and bothered. She grabbed the plate and as she walked thru the bar she leaned over to the other bartender and said “it’s to salty” to which they both looked back at me. A manager brought a new steak which was again cooked to temp but now had no salt. At this point I gave up and asked for the check. When the check came I noticed we were then charged for 3 steaks. I let the bartender know to which she responded “are you sure you didn’t have 3 steaks?” There were only 2 of us dining. They adjusted the bill and we still tipped 20% and left.

Great experience, our waiter was incredible he asked us very often if everything was okay, the food was really tasty and fresh, the bread and the cinnamon butter was a 10/10 they were soft and hot. The ambience was a little bit loud though. Beware friends we waited around 1-1:30 hours to be seated buuut definitely worth the wait.

The wait time was 15-25 minutes during lunch crowd on Saturday. Once entered the establishment, all the staff were very friendly. The freshly baked bread is so fluffy and delicious. My family ordered steaks and ribs with various sides: green beans, cup of chili, side salads and fully loaded mashed potato. All exceptional food with great customer service! Highly recommended this location.

We came in on opening day at peak dinner time, and to be expected with some delays. We heard they were supposed to open two days prior so we asked the manager why they didn’t and they said that there was some issues, so it’s completely understandable as they work out the kinks of opening a new business.
We ordered a few alcoholic beverages, rattlesnake bites, and three different delicious steaks and the sides. I am a frequent of Texas roadhouse across the country and this one is no different always love the food! Their staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the night. Our waiter, Louie, did a great job, addressing any concerns we had and grabbing things we needed for the table in a timely manner. Definitely will be coming back!

As a disabled veteran, I could not have felt more appreciated and blessed to have been welcomed in for the soft opening. I know some people expected to be let in, even though it wasn’t the actual grand opening, my girl and I understood and prepared to leave when the Manager spoke to us and made it happen. The food and customer service by our waiter Bryce were outstanding in every aspect and cannot wait to visit again! Texas roadhouse has always been a place where my family and I could get together and enjoy each other’s time so I will continue to support!

Newly open branch! Love it! We had an amazing experience eating here. Our server Ash is so friendly and just awesome. The other servers here are very nice and amazing at dancing! The peanuts were also good. Must try!
