Imagine you are visiting Malta for your partner’s big 4-0, with Malta being a destination of special sentimental significance. You want to get your partner a special, personalised, fun cake as a surprise. You find this company on Google and think they look decent. They quote you a good price for a cake, but even with a six month notice period and then the cheek to try to charge you 1/5th of the overall item price for delivery, they refuse to deliver at a specific time, because ‘we have to see what orders we have on the day’. A number of other companies on the island a) charge less, b) deliver at a date and time specified by the client, and c) don’t fob clients off. If I were you, I would steer clear. A joker of a business, not worth the the time of day (see what I did there?)
We asked for an Olaf cake and it was customized for us! We had a very good experience and everyone loved the cake! Very responsive on messages. I recommend it :)
