Jeff was an incredible server so funny and kind. We had a great experience the Tuscan chicken on the skinny menu was amazing totally worth it, he ordered the Madeira chicken and it was divine, i love the healthy options here. For dessert for the naughty we ordered the raspberry and lemon cheesecake 😋 was so perfect and tangy, fresh, I requested mint herbs to go over the cheesecake because it's the way I love to make it and Jeff got it handled for us. Had to revise my review. Service is always excellent. Menu is a booklet filled with any kinds of food you can think of. Last time we had the Mushroom Burger with Fontina and Swiss cheeses, and the Margherita Flatbread. This time, my friend had the Sweet Corn Tamales and I had the Egg Roll Sampler. Christine was a great server. The lady who worked with him was good as well. I got the Gumbo. I did not care for the gumbo. It was full of uncooked tomatoes and had no spicy or season. It was not that hot either. The broth or sauce was watery and red like tomatoes. The menu is extremely large. Just expect commercial foods. Not home cooked. It is not as good as it once was. Nachos were great. Love the hot tea selection. The Flatbread pizza was good. My son enjoyed his burger and fries. The bread is great, especially when it is got out oven. Christian was our server last night and he did an amazing job! My mom and I do dinners 2x a month at different places, but last night was by far our favorite place. Food was really good, moms steak Diane was a bit chewy but Christian was right there to fix it. Overall would definitely go back here.. I recommend the combination plates, good portions. I was extremely disappointed in my trip to the cheesecake factory last night. For one, our group of 24 checked in at 630 even tho we scheduled a time for 7 o'clock, and the table still wasn't ready for an hour. When we finally got to the tables and we all sat down, the lighting at night was horrible. We couldn't even see our menus. We had to use the lights on our phones. Then, after we ordered an hour later after and got our food. The food was disgusting. For the amount of money we paid for that food... There was barely any taste to it. And even though we all ordered something different, everybody complained about how tasteless the food was (i had the bang bang chicken and shrimp). The drinks were very good tho. The servers, Peter and Chris, were extremely nice and very attentive and didn't complain or even look like they were put upon by our large party or at anything that we did. But besides that I was very disappointed in the whole experience. Getting our checks at the end was an ordeal and I was so burnt out at the end of everything that I am most likely never coming back to this establishment ever again.
