I recently dined at the Cheesecake Factory it was my mothers birthday the past Friday and I had a fantastic experience. The food was superb, and the service provided by our waitress, Ruth, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. Ruth's dedication truly enhanced our dining experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service. First time trying Cheesecake Factory. We were shopping around and decided to try something new so we stopped by to get lunch. Food came out good but there was a hair inside the food we showed our server and he told us he will send a manager to the table and we didn’t want any of that so we said no and he offered us a to go box which was a little awkward but to be nice we said okay and we trashed the box. I don’t know why he thought we will eat it cos he can see I only took two bites. Anyway it was a very interesting first time experience. We didn’t had any expectations but not this kind tho. Cheesecake Factory use to be good but not anymore food was worst I ever had we had dinner we ordered jambalaya and Louisiana pasta we ask waiter if it had bacon. he said no . The dish we order both pasta was very cold dry unsalted uncooked chicken , dirty glass water on top of that the jambalaya had bacon I’m allergic to bacon . I just hope I don’t get sick tonight it’s not the waiter fault but kitchen needs to improve food do not eat here will not recommend Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
