Very cute little homey place with an open bar around the kitchen and excellent menu items. I had the warrior waffle which was savory. My sister had the Elvis, which was sweet. That way we each had a bite of the other and were able to share. I didn’t think one waffle would fill me up, but it certainly did! Highly recommend coming out here to visit this cute little place and have a bite to eat, a cuppa coffee, or a chai. They also serve lunch as well. You should learn how to use more than 1 waffle maker at a time. It’s not rocket science. 30 minutes (correction-40 mins) to get 2 waffles. And only 5 were made before ours. Supposedly that was a large order. I guess when you charge that much for a waffle you only need to make 12 an hour to make profit. We travelled to Amity OR from Charlotte NC to visit the area where my Mom grew up as a little amish girl in the 1950's. We were delighted to find this coffee shop across the road from where she went to school. We enjoyed it so much! The coffee was great too. This is the 2021 Melt Down sandwich which would make a great year-round breakfast. There is a heated patio for dining in this Covid time. 2023 update. This continues to be a favorite. We go here about once a month. 2023.10 Just had the special Glazed Pumpkin waffle! This is a very good and light waffle. Would get this again. Amazing staff as usual.
