When we first got there, I said , “Thisnis our first time and we’re excited!” Staff was very nice.
Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and a few pastries, tipped $10, waited over 30 minutes. Got home, found out they didn’t put the vegan bacon on. Drove back - they said sorry, “we forgot to tell you we were out.” They offered to refund the sandwiches then recharge me for the sandwiches without bacon. I asked for the full refund instead—I would rather not have the sandwiches and tip as I spent over an hour driving back and forth for bad service. I had to go back in, again, to get the $10 tip refunded.
