Trying good pizza, steaks and salmon is a pleasant experience here. Cooks at this bar do their best to provide visitors with tasty Brezeln and good ice cream. Visit this place and order delicious draft beer, martinis or liqueur. You will be offered good coffee. At The Establishment, you can order dishes as a takeaway. Many guests point out that the staff is terrific at this place. Nice service is something clients appreciate here. Reasonable prices are what you will pay for your meal. The food and vibe here are fantastic every time we come in. I had tatum the most recent time, she was nice and attentive, overall she was great, her tattoos were sick too. I also think his name was mohammed, it was a few months ago sorry, he was fantastic the best server I ever had, I serve too and he was doing great. Every single server has been a 4/5 at least. This place is great and I always take family here when they visit. The spicy chicken sandwich is great. Food was decent….. nachos were decent, steak tips were great, Turkey Tips were considerably dry…. Sweet potato fries were kind of well done. Regular Fries were little soggy and warm. Service was a little slow considering they were busy. Overall it’s a decent place, however keep in mind it’s a little pricey. This is a comfortable restaurant that can get a bit loud. It has a central bar, which keeps it lively and probably too many TV's. The location is attached to the rear of an old mill, but it is a beautiful glass extension. The food is typical New England Fare and a step up from a local family chain like the 99s. Service tends to be good. It's definitely comfort food in an inviting environment. The Establishment is OK. The food isn't bad - but its too expensive for the portion or quality. ($20+ for chicken wings / tenders, for example) The steak tips were decent but not worth the price. I would say that about most things on the menu. The Establishment is like a classier version of Smokey Bones but with worse food. If you wanna come here and drink, fine. Ordered delivery from here a couple times and the food has been great. Steak tips are our go to but recently had their Buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer and it was delicious! For an appetizer my boyfriend and I decided to get the bacon and cheese tater tots. They were amazing Krispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were loaded with bacon and cheese. I ordered the Chicken and Broccoli with Penne in oil and garlic. The portions were huge, I could not believe the amount of food that was on the plate. The only thing that I did not like was...the dish was very spicy! The sauce was creamy it was not like oil and garlic. Nonetheless I ate it some and had plenty of leftovers. The garlic bread was very good as well. My boyfriend ordered the Buffalo macaroni and cheese, he loved it. The portions were huge once again. The macaroni and cheese is a must try in my opinion. Visit the Establishment in North Chelmsford for a great dinner. The dress code is casual and there is plenty of parking. Came for my sister's graduation celebration dinner as a party of eight on a Saturday evening. Our reservation was originally for 7pm but we called ahead and they were able to accommodate us for 6:30pm, since we were running ahead of schedule. While it was busy, our waitress was always so friendly and apologetic about how slow the service was, despite it not being a problem for us. She checked in on us many times and made us feel welcomed. The food itself comes in large portions, and there's a wide variety of options on the menu. I have simple tastes and ordered the Chicken Tenders basket, which came with fries, cole slaw, and a sauce of my choice. The food is good, and what you might expect from this kind of restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, and I'd imagine a great place to celebrate with larger groups. Thankfully we were seated at a table against a wall so it didn't feel too loud.
