I've had the Forge many times and have always had phenomenal food. The brisket loaded tots are amazing and my go to. I mixed it up and got the Mac and Cheese and was surprisingly underwhelmed for how amazing everything else is. It was a little cold and the noodles seemed a little undercooked. food was delicious and service was even better. they were out of brisket but the burgers were perfectly cooked and flavorful. the tater tots are like giant fluffy deep fried mashed potato spheres. who doesn’t love deep fried potatoes. didn’t catch the name of the lady on the front register but she definitely won the employee of the year in my book. when she brought us our food she mentioned that she had accidentally dropped a tater tot (which we likely wouldn’t even have noticed) and fried one more fresh to make up for it and also gave us a free dessert because they had run out of brisket. went back the next day for brisket before they could sell out. We used the Forge as a catered lunch for my work--Everything was super!! We booked them again 3 weeks later for another evenT! Excellent food....and the Brioche buns=DELISH! Highly recommend!
