This place used to be fine but just keeps going downhill. Last visit we arrived at 5:30 for the Happy Hour. The wait staff proceeded to pretend we weren't there for the next half hour, finally we got tired of waiting and assumed they wouldn't honor the Happy Hour prices even though we got there with plenty of time.

I am so disappointed with this restaurant. We are transplants to the DMV and decided to try this place. Granted, the reviews really weren't good. However, the food looked good and we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, we were NOT pleased. I placed the order online and spent $82 to feed a family of 5, this includes two kids. When I placed the order, it said estimated time for pickup was 23 mins. We live about 20 mins so we waited around a little. My husband got there and off the back, was horrified as the service which again, the reviews spoke about. There was no greeter att he door. He waited and waited. Finally, he located a worker and asked for online orders. Our food wasn't even made, this was 30 mins AFTER the order was placed. They rushed our order. Got home, every piece of food was cold and they forgot an item on my son's plate. Due to the amount of money spent, we ate through it but will NEVER visit this place again and I caution others from spending their money here. We cannot understand how this place it still open. Just horrible!

I gave your restaurant 40 mins of my time before I had to find a service staff to cancel my food. I am including my time at the unmanned host stand. I order the spinach dip and fish and chips. Upon cancellation, I was told my fish and chips were done but not my dip. I declined giving your business any more of my money. I also feels like my food had been ready for a while.

This place needs help!! Service was awful but what can you expect when there are only 3 employees serving the public on a Friday night!
Look, I get it, you are terribly understaffed, but at some point management has to decide whether they can continue keeping their doors open and trying to eke out a profit at the expense of alienating their customers.
This is not the way to run a restaurant.
