This is an old style diner. You'll feel right at home. Service is prompt and efficient. The food is absolutely delicious. We stop here every time we're in town. They have added a large dining room onto the original restaurant to accommodate more patrons. You will enjoy this establishment.

Easily one of the better breakfast restaurants I've been to. Delicious food, kind workers, and lovely decorations that inspired me to draw. Still pretty expensive, charging 10 for 2 bucks worth of food, like many similar places, but that's to be expected these days. Overall, great atmosphere and grub.

This is one of the best breakfast spots and cafes in America. Hidden gem in downtown Winnemucca. If traveling across northern NV on 80, this is a must. Outstanding cafe churning out unbelievably fresh, flavorful and filling dishes. The chicken fried steak is from a local butcher - not to be missed. Corn beef hash and ham steak also a power move. Get to The Griddle.

Building and grounds appeared free of debris and well maintained upon arrival.
Warmly welcomed upon entry. Our table was bussed but not wiped down, our server immediately addressed it. Immediately served waters and ordered coffee, we didn't mind waiting for a fresh pot.
I ordered the chicken fried steak. It arrived hot, fresh and extremely flavorful.
My companion ordered the crepes, they must have been good as she never offered a bite and instead quickly inhaled them with reckless abandonment.
While l wasn't overly impressed with this place when we walked in, the service and the food soon had me changing my tune.
While not the best food I've ever eaten, it was darn good food that hit the spot.
While the service was good, l most appreciated the genuine level of hospitality that we experienced. I felt welcomed and valued, something rarely felt in the post pandemic world where indifference and mediocrity rule supreme.

Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs
Our server Adriana was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. I had the stuffed French toast with strawberry rhubarb and it was in a word: delicious. My friend had the breakfast quesadilla and she loved it. My side of bacon was cooked to perfection. 5 stars all around.
