I regret to inform you that our experience at Melting Pot was nothing short of a disaster. Despite our anticipation for a delightful dining experience, we were sorely disappointed. Our wait stretched to an excruciating four hours, during which our server proved to be inexperienced and inattentive. Despite bringing the matter to the attention of management, our concerns were met with apathy. The oil in our fondue pot even burnt due to its prolonged exposure, a testament to the sheer negligence of the staff. Meanwhile, neighboring tables were promptly served and enjoyed their meals. We ultimately paid a sum for an utterly unacceptable level of service and zero hospitality. It's safe to say we won't be returning anytime soon. What an amazing time. The melting pot is more than a restaurant, it’s truly an experience. The food was delicious with so many options. The server was knowledgeable and gave her own recommendations (which were delicious). The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. Lastly, it had a cozy and hospitable vibe, I would definitely return. It should be noted that they are very accommodating of allergies so do not fear. You must come here! Made a Valentine’s Day reservation with the flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. For 3 roses it was not worth the price of $30. Our waitress was a bit dry and not very friendly. For a higher end restaurant I expect the service to be better. We found ourselves jealous of the tables with the other waters/waitresses. The cheese was good, the salad was a little old and didn’t have enough dressing. The meat was okay, our waitress could have given a better demonstration of it all. The dessert was the best part but there was not much chocolate in our pot. Overall it was not worth the high price, and all other aspects of the restaurant have definitely gone down hill. The unique experience of Melting Pot is just that...unique, enjoyable and fun. This is not a cheap restaurant, but if you have a special occasion you would never regret coming here. Big Experience 4-caurse meal when you select from many options for each course, and drinks that are in a great variety will keep your company entertained - you are cooks, patrons and food lovers at the same time. Excellent Experience. Our server Adrianna made the dinner much more of a pleasurable time! Each course was delicious and they even had balloons & chocolate covered strawberries waiting for my wife's birthday. The only let down was on my way out I stopped at the bar and requested an espresso that helped me drive home alert and the bartender informed me she only has decaf espresso because she's afraid to keep people awake. I felt like I was bothering her from time on her cell phone. Plus decaf espresso kind of seems pointless especially at a bar of a popular restaurant Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually take more pictures, but I was so involved in this evening. My husband purchased the Lover's Lane special. I had three roses 🌹 in a vase, boxed chocolate covered strawberries, and two mini bottle of champagne waiting for me. It was a nice quaint and private corner spot with no one sitting across from us. We started with the Alpine Swiss fondue ths time. The wine and ingredients added to the cheese really bring it up a notch. This time we tried bourginoine cooking with frying our own meats in vegetables in the pot in a tempura batter top with panko crumbs. They will give you a small bowl of each topping. Slightly a little messier, but great experience. We will try the grill next. For dessert we had the Dark Chocolate Dolce which was fantastic!! I had a Ying Yang Martini which has vodka, vanilla icecream, chocolate topping, and chocolate wafers for the dots. The waitress brought us an anniversary pound cake with a candle. She was very attentive and detailed. Excellent experience. This is our fourth time here. Twice at this current location and twice at the Natick location before it closed. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My husband and I went to celebrate our birthdays tonight, and we had the best experience! I don't know which was better the food, experience or service. Everyone there was so nice, especially our waiter, Daniel. My husband and I both agree that Daniel is one of the BEST waiters we have ever had! The food was fantastic and the experience is one we will never forget. When we made the reservation, we put down that we were celebrating a birthday. They wrote us a handwritten note and gave us a little extra dessert. Great experience! It was our first time at a fondue place. As a latina I expected a little more flavor to the chicken but overall so good. The Garlic Pepper Steak was AMAZING! My favorite by far. Our server, Ethan, was so patient. He answered all of our questions and was super nice. I really recommend this place. The server was great. It was my daughter's birthday and she gave her a tiny cake to dip with pound cake. The cheese and chocolate we had was great. It comes with plenty to dip. The drinks we ordered were quite tasty. The 4 stars is because when you walk in the host acts like this place is 5 star top of the line restaurant with their snobby attitude. They don't take walk- ins and IF they allow it, they read you the riot act before letting you in. We were standing there when a family walked in. First time at The Melting Pot, and it won't be the last. An intimate table for two was very nice for date nite! Melissa, our waitress was fantastic. She explained all aspects of the menu and helped us in selecting from the many options....along with many laughs throughout dinner.
