The melting pot is a fine dining fondue experience. It is a great place for a romantic dinner, a graduation party, a birthday for a teen or adult. This place is awesome. Theh ha e seasonally changed specialty meals and a fjll bar. Eat for lunch or dinner, alacarte or my favorite the big night out (for 2).

This continues to be the best restaurant I've ever eaten at, and if it wasn't for the price, I'd eat here every day. High quality food in plentiful quantities. Definitely try it out if you can!

Very fun experience!!! Love the way its set up, tables are super private. Food was pretty good, the chocolate was hands down my favorite part 😁 I wasn't very full after our four couse meal, so it's not very big servings. The waitress was awesome, and over all the experience is worth it for sure!

Whew, this place was a huge letdown. I’ve always wanted to try it and even from our first course my boyfriend and I were saying we’ll never come back. We were celebrating our anniversary and were excited to try something different.
We ordered The Complete Experience for Two and began with Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue. I’ve had many beer cheeses and this one was just… weird. The bread they serve it with is not “artisan” by any means. I guess that’s a fancy word they use for semi-stale almost moldy tasting bread. They served 2/3 bread with 4 cherry tomatoes, a few cauliflower, and for some reason grapes. Why would I be dipping grapes in cheese? We didn’t even finish it because it tasted weird.
Next, we both ordered caesar salads. It was tasty and the pine nuts gave it an elevated feel. They were the perfect combo with the salad. The size and quality of the salad was again, subpar. It’s not a full salad by any means, it was a small flat layer of romaine lettuce with a little bit of cheese, croutons, nuts, and dressing. Less than child sized.
For our entree’s we got Steak Lovers and The Classic to share with Coq Au Vin style. The steaks were good but the pork, chicken, and shrimp were extremely weird tasting as you’re using one pot to cook a bunch of steak and then adding in a whole different type of food. Our pot kept overflowing and it got all over our table despite us sitting there having to blow on it do try and simmer it. This left us with not having enough liquid in our pot to cook the last couple meat items left of our entree as well as the potatoes. We told our waitress and she laughed it off saying she doesn’t care about the mess because she’s not the one who cleans it. Not anything about us losing 1/3 of the liquid in the pot.
Lastly, we ordered the Wild Berry Crunch chocolate fondue. This was delicious and by far the best part of the entire meal. I have no complaints about it aside from them using strawberries that weren’t peak ripeness so they weren’t very sweet. But the chocolate mostly overpowers that.
All in all we paid $170 incl tip and the $25 my boyfriend paid for roses. The food was so underwhelming and mediocre it’s just frustrating. We were there for two and half hours and our waitress checked on us only 2 or 3 times. We would have been there for significantly less time if our waitress was more attentive. My boyfriend asked for a refill and it took 15 minutes. I can only recommend maybe going for the desert. The tables are semi-private but also are extremely cramped and uncomfortable. You can’t fit more than one course on the table and even then it’s still pretty full. It’s just… small. When a business tries to maximize space in order to fit more tables to make the most money they don’t care that it’s at the expense of the customer. When he paid our waitress didn’t give back his credit card and we had to go find her to ask for it back, and apparently the manager took it. Don’t waste your money.

The food was really good but I'd say you're paying for the experience more than anything...it's amazing!!!
My girlfriend and I were there for the first time, and they did a really good job of helping us out on what to order and how to eat it!!

Big shout out to our server, Joey! 🫶 We were new to this, and he was very helpful in guiding us on what to do, how to do it, and recommended what we should get, We had a great time! The food was fantastic. You definitely leave there feeling full. The atmosphere was nice, it wasn't too bright it wasn't too dark and it was quiet. I can actually hold a conversation with my husband and not have to yell or struggle to hear him. All in all, if you need a night out with the friends or date night, it's a little pricey but so worth it.
We went in at 5:00 and we didn't leave until almost 7:00, so be prepared to be there for a while! It was so fun and relaxing. And if you want a good non-alcoholic drink, you have to try the bees tea. It was just the right amount of sweetness without being instant diabetes LOL.
We will definitely be coming back again for a date night or birthday.

We had the best experience here! We went for our anniversary and the manager walked us to our table and sat us. He even asked us how long we'd been dating, and thanked us for spending our anniversary here. Which may not be a big deal but that is so rare! Our server, Caprice, was absolutely fantastic! This was our first time at a place like this and she was so patient with us! She really paid attention to what we were asking and made perfect recommendations for us. When I couldn't decide between two drinks, Caprice explained the flavor profile and that was exactly what I needed to know to choose the right one for me. We were so impressed by our service here and they made the entire experience incredible. You can tell the staff really take pride in their service, and they made our experience feel like one of a kind. Highly recommend this place for a celebration, and Caprice - but I'm biased 😅.

Wow!! Absolutely blown away! We came to celebrate a birthday, and it was my first time dining at the Melting Pot. Such a unique experience being able to cook your own food. We did the four course meal for two and it was excellent. Each course was prepared perfectly and was just right for the occasion. Our waitress Emilee was amazing, giving us all the tips and tricks on the best way to enjoy our meal. Definitely not the cheapest meal, however you’re paying not only for the food, but the experience as well. We’ll absolutely be back some time soon!!

Was an amazing experience! Our waiter/server was very attentive, helpful and awesome personality!
The food was spectacular! Everything was very well rounded. Our server also timed the courses out nicely to our pace.
Definitely make a reservation and should be for special occasions as it is pricey, but it is definitely worth it. It is a romantic sort of setting at least for the seating for 2.
