The menu of International cuisine under the direction of the great chef is gorgeous here. This restaurant serves nicely cooked crab cakes, tuna and French onion soup. Eating good bread pudding, soufflés and strudels is what many clients recommend. Delicious house wine, red sangria or martinis are waiting for you at Silver Fork. Get your meal started with great chocolate frappe, chocolate milk or juice. A cosy atmosphere and beautiful interior make this place so good. The creative staff reflects the style and character of this spot. Spectacular service is something visitors appreciate here. Reasonable prices are what you are to pay for your meal. This restaurant has received Google 4.8 according to the guests' opinions.

Top 10 Restaurants in America? Oftentimes, is hard for an establishment to live up to the hype. My wife and I had been wanting to give The Silver Fork a try. We were unaware of the fame, but what drew us to it was the menu (a standout from other establishments in the area) and the setting (a former public library tastefully repurposed as a restaurant). The food has an understated, almost rustic elegance in technique and presentation; but when the kitchen executes with mastery, there is no need for fancy concoctions or elaborate presentations. In every dish we tried, it was evident the chef had carefully curated its recipe. Every ingredient made sense to our tastebuds. Portions were neither meager nor excessive, rather perfectly balanced. The setting is as charming as can be: a former public library in the middle of a picturesque Vermont village. The interior is tasteful and functional. The space is well laid out keeping with the ambience of a former library rather than a restaurant with maxed out seating. Service is highly professional, timely, and attentive but non-intrusive. The Silver Fork experience made our first dinner date of 2024 a tough act to follow. We would not presume to certify The Silver Fork as a top 10 restaurant in America, but we can say with certainty it is Top 10 on our book. A total home-run. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
