I feel the need to praise the owner and her employees. I called at the last minute with an unusual request. They made it happen. Actuall, made it more than I was hoping for. I just explained the event and the baby shower theme. The artistic work is spot on, and the picture does not do it justice. The service was quick and professional. I got a Cinnamon Roll Gooey cookie and it tasted amazing. Definitely hitting this place up the next time I come to Jackson, MS. Enjoyed!! I am a die hard sweets lover! Stopped here one day to get some sweet tooth satisfaction. I enjoyed my cookies to the max. Glad I stopped by this cutesy little spot. Located in the Renaissance in Ridgeland. Great customer service. Would highly recommended.

The best!! I went in for the first time today. First off, it was the most adorable shop ever! Second, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Last but certainly not least…. DELICIOUS is an understatement. We bought a sample pack of cookies and they were all so good. BUT the Bourbon & Maple Pecan Caramels…. WOW! They are ridiculously incredible. Highly recommend trying them! We will be back.

The customer service was great, the store is cute with the pink stripes. I wasn’t a fan of the cookies from my first experience. The gooey cookie was difficult to eat too chewy and thick. The sugar cookie probably would’ve tasted better if I heated it up a little bit. It was a little on the dry side. They weren’t too sweet and i don’t think it’s worth the money.

I’ve been to this location several times. I’m a fan of the the peanut butter sammie. The customer service is great. They specialize in cookies; however, they don’t sell any cookies with nuts in them. As a cookie place, there should be variety.

Yummy cookies I must say, not too sweet but every bite was so yumm. Loved the Cake Cookie and Choco Chip Cookies. Must try their other flavors too.

Today is the first time we've been to this location. We love The Whimsy Cookie Co. The gooeys are so awesome! Our favorites are the birthday cake, the strawberry and the new cinnamon roll flavor. So good!!

Best gourmet cookies in the area. We enjoy stopping after dinner for a treat. They also helped us same day with a larger order to take to the NICU staff the day my youngest was released to come home. The nurses raved about them. Will always give my cookie business to Whimsey.
