Great Food and astonishing views. I highly recommend a visit. You order food at bar and take a seat and they will bring the food to you in a basket. The bartender was overwhelmed as she was taking dine in orders and people sitting at the bar. To be fair, this could have been a one time issue that they were not staffed appropriately. We only went there once as we tour the island on our rental car only 1 day.
My wife ordered the fish taco and I order the burger. We enjoyed it.
Wife had a local mixed drink. I did not as I was planning to drive on left side of the road and wanted to make sure my judgement would not be impaired.
Anyway, the views, food and drink was one of the best on the island.
Would I go there again: Yes, absolutely.

Windmill Burger
The view is spectacular!! The food is… basic. Would not go back. I ordered a burger, supposedly 1/3 lb of beef, was actually the size of a small fast food burger. No flavor, no toasting the bun, nothing extra. $18 for that and a bag of PLAIN chips. Not impressed!!

Amazing view but when it's busy you literally won't get any service. It was so busy and no one was taking orders and there was no line to get drinks. So I went to the service bar where it seemed like others were ordering drinks.
I asked the guy for a beer, a water, and a mixed drink. The guy hands me a beer and a coke... charges me for it and I'm asking him where the water and other drink is. He panics and looks at his coworker (who is drowning in tickets) and says idk she will have to help you and walks away. I then asked her for my drink and water and she said I'm so sorry guys I can't help you.
It's just a s^%# show in there with no direction whatsoever. I ended up getting double charged and didn't even get half my stuff.
Not worth the view. Go see the view take a picture and leave

After dinner/dessert at Shambles and Sweet Shack, we headed up to Windmill Bar for drinks and a sunset (12/28/23). It was a beautiful night, the sunset was just beginning, the live music was great, and despite the crowd, there was plenty of room to view the surroundings. We got a couple painkillers, found a seat, and watched the nature show. Everyone—staff and patrons—was so friendly. After the spectacular sunset, we moved into the restaurant, and managed to score a table that was on the Windmill live feed, something we’d watched at home, prior to our trip, so our family got to see us! We didn’t get any food, but what we saw looked great, and we’ll definitely grab some eats next time. At the end of the evening, the staff helped us select a taxi service, and that led us to our favorite taxi driver for the remaining 10 days of our trip. The Windmill Bar is a must for anyone coming to the island.

A nice unique experience. Lovely view over much of the island with views of the surrounding islands. Really good mixed tropical drinks and a neat idea to call for service by putting the flag up. It's very picturesque so worth the visit just because of that and everyone taking care of us was very friendly and helpful.

Park here at your own risk. A parked car that wasn’t in park, rolled down a hill into our parked rental car. The lot attendant and the business owners couldn’t have cared less. Seems ridiculous since it’s a private lot where you pay to park in the spot they give you. The owners have no business in the hospitality space and pretty much white trash.
