We placed a delivery order in advance for a large kids birthday party for Saturday afternoon -- it never showed up!! All calls were transferred to a general call center (not located in Plymouth), and they were very clueless. We were able to confirm our order with the actual staff at the store ahead of time. On the day of delivery, we called the call center a they assured us it would arrive on schedule. It did not, and out of desperation I drove to the location -- it was locked and the lights were closed! The pizza is bad, but more importantly never count on them for delivery. We had 34 hungry guests because this place is incompetent and dishonest. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered delivery from this place (pizza and breadsticks) and when I received it, there was a dead spider on the pizza and the breadsticks smelled like diarrhea. I called to complain and the person on the phone cursed at me and called me a "cracker". Obviously, I'm never returning. Great experience, Toppers! You're knocking it out of the park! I usually love this place but lately the quality has been getting really bad. Just today I was given some old nasty topperstix that someone ordered and never picked up. They were hard, dried up, and had that leftover texture to them like they'd been sitting out for too long. The girl was basically laughing as I took the boxes from her... I can see why now. The best pizza ever! We got the Mac and Cheese pizza, highly recommend. Sadly the are a little understaffed, so a little slow, but give them a break. So worth the wait! Friendly staff. My pizza wasn’t ready when I got there but they came outside to let me know. I get the vegan cheese option when we go here and I seek out Toppers for that reason- no other large chains have dairy free cheese. For someone who can’t have dairy it is so great!
