THERE WAS A BUG IN MY WRAP!!! I was lucky that I noticed it before I ate it. What I thought was a piece of wilted lettuce turned out to be much worse. This was my last straw. I have given this place many opportunities because I live nearby but this was my last one. They frequently get my order wrong. I have to ask them every time if they have lettuce because they frequently run out and replace it with spinach without even letting me know. The staff seems to not care about customer satisfaction at all and often seems distracted. This is an example of the most grotesquely unsanitary things I have yet to see.
