6 months ago - Ordered through uber eats. Got sandwiches. They didn't prepare them the way we ordered them (the sticker says to keep stuff off the sandwich and was ignored), and the ranch is completely rotten. Literally rotten food. No thanks. 4 months - In person, they took my order and forgot to make it for 30+ minutes while I sat there waiting. They had to be reminded to make it. Today - I ordered two smoothies and a sandwich/chips on uber eats. Didn't even get the sandwich at all nor the chips, and no straws. Even though it says it on the bag. Absolutely horrible establishment with a track record of horrible. Whoever is the manager, stop doing this job, you are not getting any better. Earlier today I order a wrap from this place and I was with my little daughter. Thankfully I haven’t given it to her. I found a scrap or string of a metal piece in my wrap while halfway eating into my wrap. This kind of food service and hospitality is not acceptable, this is hazardous. I called the place up and they offer me a free guarantee of the same wrap, for sure not taking that offer (who knows next time they might do it on purpose). I stop here every morning for my half-price smoothie before work. You can't beat the price, and the calories aren't as bad as you would think. The staff knows my order. They are pleasant, smiling, greeted by my name, and are super quick. Love the service as much as the place.

I come here everyday and wait at least 25 minutes for them to make a basic smoothie. Do not come here. They always get my order wrong even though I order from the app.

We order through grub hub instead of delivering at work it was delivered to a home and the order was all wrong. When the person went directly to the Port Jeff store to bring to their attention , staff was laughing and making fun of the situaction instead of apologizing. They refused to correct the order and she was charged again , she called corporate direct to complain. They need to improve their customer service and staff needs to be corrected.

i am not happy whatsoever, i ordered thru uber a vegetarian hummus wrap yet it came with chicken? i’ve always gotten it and it’s been fine. it also came with a whole slice of cheese which is not it also. no one will answer the phone in the store and i need my money back please
