Two Cities Pizza is not simply a place to have a meal, but an unforgettable experience. We’ve brought two competing styles from two iconic cities under one roof, New York-Style and Chicago-Style Pizza. When you walk through our doors, you will be transported to the cities where these styles were born through the Wrigley Field Wall, the subway themed restrooms, and the Two Cities taxis. So we dined in tonight and the food was absolutely delicious. We both got a house salad to start and their house made ranch was awesome. Then we both got a 9 inch deep dish because we wanted separate toppings and they can’t do half and half which we understand and those were also great with leftovers to take home. The service wasn’t exceptional but it wasn’t bad either. They were obviously busy and it showed but we still got everything we needed. There were two things that surprised me though. A couple came in ahead of us and went to sit in the bar but before he did he asked the hostess if it was supposed to look like a subway station in there. Maybe the girl didn’t hear him but she turned to another girl who worked there and they said no that it used to be (and they really struggled here and were trying to come up with the answer) and finally said some government building or something. They guy was like, ah okay and kind of laughed and walked away. You may want to remind your staff it was a City Hall but yes it is decorated to resemble a Subway. Also we were surprised by the credit card processing fee on the check. I took a survey as we were leaving and they asked what they could do better and I mentioned not charging a credit card processing fee. I quickly got a generic long response as to why they charge the fee and haven’t raised prices and so on and so forth. Bottom line is if you pay so much in merchant service fees that you have to pass some of that cost on to the customer, in my opinion you need to find a different processor. It's been a while since we've eaten here. Loved the food, vibe, and service then. ❤️ And, LOVED it today. I’ve been going here for years and no matter what I get, the pizza (and everything else they offer) never, ever disappoints! Tonight, I did takeout but normally I prefer to eat in because the ambience and overall atmosphere are very nice, relaxing, and not too loud. If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a huge favor and go! You’ll be thanking me! Oh, and by the way, grab a Chicago-style pizza if it’s your first time. Love two cities. The New York pizza is shockingly representative of a proper Manhattan slice, in the middle of Mason. Chi style is pretty decent too but I’m absolutely a NY style guy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
