I cannot say enough about this amazing, old school bakery. The angelfood cakes, the apple pastry, the caramel pecan coffee cake are just the best! THE best cheesecake I've ever had anywhere. A+. It made the cheesecake factory (which I tried the day after I had the plain NY style cheesecake from Underbrinks) taste like the cheap, flour-filled yuck that it is. The people at this bakery were also super nice. I also got a red velvet cupcake which, to be fair, although delicious, was not the best I ever had. A-. The cake itself was perfect but the buttercream frosting was not the right choice. Reasonable folks may disagree, but red velvet should always be accompanied by a cream cheese frosting, in my humble opinion, as the buttercream was overpowering for the cake. I'll be going back here for sure to try everything else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
