Always love the ice cream here. I do wish they would keep mint cookies n’ cream in stock at the counter but that’s ok. As you can see they are not shy with the cherries also. The service is usually very good also. Keeping in mind it teenagers a majority of the time…. They can be teenagers :/ Thanks UDF!

Great place. Great service. Clerks very nice and helpful. Management could be better. Saw one just walk into the back when there was large line and only one person on register. Lazy and avoidance of actual work

We stopped at this UDF for some shakes, we waited for about 2 minutes while the lady collected garbage around. She then didn’t wash her hands because she didn’t take her gloves off. We ended up leaving because she was messing with the boxes of icecream about to make our shakes.

Stop at this location for a milkshake Was told that they couldn't do it Because they only had 2 people One guy was just standing around The other one was ringing people up Honestly I think the kid didn't want to do it And that's a poor attitude to have.The time is 6:10 PM July 1st 2023 Will be following up with corporate in the next couple days.

Summer seems to Hate her job and seems annoyed waiting for people to find card or money. The look on her face says it all. She seems to have attitude . If you don't like your job go somewhere else

horrible service, came in for a milkshake and one of the workers was just talking to another coworker the whole time and didn’t take my order untill after I pointed out to him that people were waiting. Milkshake was horrible, it was so watery, I didn’t ask for another one because I was in a hurry but overall horrible service

The overall service is pretty good, the staff is friendly and helpful enough. I would rate it 5 stars but this summer it seems they lost the ability to make a decent malt/shake. I thought that maybe it was because of some new hires but I've been there about 7 times in the past 2 months and everytime they've handed me these watered down liquid shakes that taste awful. And it's not even filled up all the way. Its usually about 3/4 of the way full. The first 4 times this happened i had to take them back and get someone else to make them, and got it fixed. But that gets old real fast. Ive now just associated that udf with terrible shakes and will get them somewhere else. I suggest you do the same. Or at the very least, try it before you leave.

Tonight we called to verify how late we can get a milk shake. Told 10:30pm they start defrosting so they stop serving milkshakes then. Arrive at 1015pm and told sorry we started defrosting already. WE HAD JUST CALLED! Prior time called ahead to check if they have the ingredients to make their pink cow ... told yes we do. Get there and stand in line for 20 minutes to be told we don't have cream soda (one of the two things needed to make the pink cow). I give up on this place. The staff is not friendly or helpful AT ALL! After multiple bad experiences > I will drive further and out of my way going forward rather than visit this establishment again.

I bought $25 in gas. They then decided to hold $64 of mine. Few days later they only gave me $14 back. I can’t do anything bc I didn’t get a receipt when I got gas so just like don’t go here they steal money

I sent my son to get me a Turtle Sundae tonight. The young man who waited on him asked my son how it was made. My son didn't know, so the young man guessed and put hot fudge, crushed walnuts and whip cream on the scoop of ice cream. The caramel was missing and it is supposed to get pecans on it, not crushed walnuts. Don't these employees have a book telling them how to make things? I paid for a turtle sundae and got a one dip hot fudge sundae. So disappointed.
